A Scarce British WW2 Wilkinson No1 Mk1 (P1907) Lanchester SMG bayonet, the Lanchester was issued to the Royal Navy and the RAF during WW2, and was only produced by Wilkinson, the blade is 432mm(17"), it is marked at the ricasso WSC, the black paint finish on the hilt and scabbard mounts indicate Royal Navy issue, the spring catch is working, it is complete with it's original leather scabbard with two steel mounts, the stitching on the scabbard is good, the blade has some wear and light age pitting, the scabbard mounts have some dings and loss of paint, the muzzle ring has some distortion, the general condition is good.
