A scarce Indian converted East India Company Land Pattern Brown Bess musket bayonet, with locking ring circa 1850's, the tri-angular blade is 367mm(14 1/2"), struck with armourers mark, the socket is 98mm(4"), the MRD is 25mm(1"), it is complete with it's original brown leather scabbard with two brass mounts, the leather is marked with heart, it has one small split in the stitching seam, it has normal age related wear but the general condition is very good.
