A large Sheffield bowie knife with a 255mm(10") clipped point blade stamped on the ricasso with the later Ron and Roy mark R. R. MIDDLETON SHEFFIELD, it has a 100mm(4") false edge and nice scallop decoration along the spine, nickel cross guard, buffalo horn grip with nickel ferule and pommel, the knife has the standard Middleton sheath stamped RM on the belt loop, the knife is 395mm(15 1/2") overall, the general condition is excellent.
